This is the DNSChanger, which works by changing the DNS address of the computer to redirect users to fraudulent websites.
The virus known as DNSChanger originated in Estonia and could be housed in a hidden way in at least half a million computers in the United States, according to a statement from Brian Krebs, a journalist specializing in computer security at its website.
The Trojan works by changing the DNS settings on infected computer to send users to fraudulent websites.
The worm also prevents the user from visiting security websites that could diagnose orfix the problem.
In early November the Estonian government arrested six men suspected of having usedthe Trojan to control more than four million computers in over 100 countries.
